A wise man once said a true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough and informed decisions, and also the compassion to listen to the needs of others. He doesn't set out to be a leader but becomes one by the quality of his actions and the integrity of his intent.

Put differently, what distinguishes great leaders from their unfortunate counterparts, is the content of the latter's character.

The aforementioned scarce attributes that Hon EBIAKPO EZEBRI has in abundant supply are what has endeared him to his people and the universe at large.
