DIMBAINIMIBOFA NESTA CONGRATULATES COLONEL MD DIKIO (Rtd) ON YOUR RE-APPOINTMENT AS THE EXTRAORDINARY INTERIM ADMINISTRATOR OF THE PRESIDENTIAL AMNESTY PROGRAMME

 

No matter how dark a room would be, a little ray of light would give illumination to the said room.

Also, it doesn't matter whether the electric fish is scooped out from the river, it will continue to transmit electrical current until life is sniffed out of it.

It is agreed no less that indeed, there is no hiding place for the goldfish. All these dark words aggregate to mean, who God has blessed, no man can curse.

The name Col Milland Dixion Dikio in the coastal scape of the Niger Delta region of Nigeria has continued to reverberate, resonates, and has become a beacon of hope for the younger generation.

The Niger Delta-born philanthropist and most swift Administrator steady rise in the Administrative turf has put pen to paper that indeed there is a reward in the quest for knowledge through the educational atmosphere and selfless service.

Despite what seems to be a still-birth, when the mandate freely given him by this present administration to bring the program back to its original mandate which has been robbed by failures of successive administrations.

The administrative expert and mathematical magnet has remained steadfast, loyal, and committed to the progressive ideas of a better Niger Delta Region.

Therefore, as a watchdog to the society, and Niger Delta global Peace Ambassador, his re-appointment to retain the exalted office doesn't come as a surprise, rather a confirmation that integrity and loyalty pays in effective representation.

It is therefore on this premise that I aggregate my voice in conjunction with all well-wishers to say felicitations to Col. M.D. DIKIO (Rtd) as he adds another feather to his cap.

In the same vein, I pray God Almighty to continue to guard, protect, and lavish him with intuitive wisdom to pilot the affairs of his Presidential Amnesty office to the bewilderment of his critics.

Once again I say congratulations to this symbol of Peace and Humility.
