BIRTHDAY FELICITATIONS TO A NIGER DELTA MUNIFICENT ICON OF PEACE AND DEVELOPMENT. ENGR. OTIKI DEINBOULA-DOUAGHA GBOD.




One of the events that man cannot do away with in this life is celebration. This is important so because the entry and exit of man from the earth are greeted with funfair. 

While the exit is more celebrated, the entry as well is worthy of constant felicitations.

In the yesteryears in the cool of the day in ancient  Peretoru-gbene community in Ekeremo Local Government Area of Bayelsa State and Tuomo community in Burutu Local government area of Delta State, the cry of a baby was heard in the compound of Elder Gbodo and his name is called Otiki deinboula-douagha Gbodo.

The birth of little Otiki no doubt brought good tidings as family and friends congregate to celebrate his arrival to this eventful world.

Young Otiki defying all obstacles of Life has grown into becoming a pillar of strength and support for mankind.

Engr. Otiki's life and disposition no doubt is unparalleled and pleasant to the Earth's crust.

Engr. Otiki in his quest for a greater tomorrow has so much distinguished himself as to earn many accolades from the human race.

In the military circles, Engr. Otiki can be likened to a dependable ally, while in the political scene he can be called an apparatchik, but on the home front, he's not only a companion but also a nation builder.

Flipping through the adjectival lexicon, I scarcely find the right word to use in qualifying this magnificent soul. This personality no doubt is living up to the denotative meaning of his name as truly beautiful at heart.

However, as it will not be incongruous to say that to a large extent the brain behind many successful generations as he had stood by many through thick and thin. he's always there to help the needy even in difficulties.

This rare gem is an embodiment of true love, care, faithfulness, and commitment with a mindset of an achiever. I cannot wish more from a man than to thank my replica for this precious gift for humanity. 

Please permit me to draw inspiration as I paraphrase the words of one of the world's greatest philosophers Aristotle "friendship is one soul in two bodies".

Therefore, it is with the deepest heart of appreciation to the Most High God that I join all well-wishers to alarm and herald the birthday commemoration of our beloved leader, brother Engr. Otiki Deinboula-douagha Gbodo as he turns a year older today. It is my humble wish also that the good Lord would continue to bless, protect and grant him more grace and wisdom to continue to do greater exploits in all ramifications of life in this unique universe which remains our jurisdiction.

I say once again felicitations to this rare gem, the strength and beacon of hope to the younger generations.
